- Registration Details: Your full name, email address, password hash, and intended ICAN ATS level (ATS 1, 2, or 3).
- Study Performance Logs: Complete details of your mock exam scores, specific questions bookmark logs, selected exam responses, time spent per accounting query, and AI Tutor conversation queries.
- Transaction & Billing Data: Payment verification IDs, billing cycles (monthly or annual), and subscription status. All payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store raw card numbers or CVVs on our databases.
- Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, and session timestamps used for platform analytics, traffic tracking, and security monitoring.
3. How We Use Your Data
We process your information to deliver and improve our study platform. Specifically, we use your data to:
- Generate and display your personalized strength and accuracy dashboards.
- Formulate weekly, customized Study Plans aligned with chapters where you require additional practice.
- Process and authorize subscription access levels for full mock diet questions databases.
- Respond to your technical issues submitted through the Support Ticket queues.
- Provide anonymized analytics to verify overall platform performance and question success rates.

Z-Code Technologies Limited does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only in the following scenarios:

Candidates retain full ownership over their profiles. You have the right to:
- Access and download a summary log of your practice performance data.
- Modify your profile parameters (name, intended ICAN level) inside your Student Settings dashboard.
- Request the complete deletion of your account and related study history from our databases.
To request account closure, please email our security officer at support@prepfocus.org. We process deletion requests within five business days.
